The pack is a text file with seven reusable prompts for any AI chatbot. Each has clear rules and a defined output format, and they all follow one idea: use only the data I gave you, and ask when something is missing. The templates have not been tested on a specific tool. Treat them as a starting point you adapt.
What is in the pack
- Turn messy notes into a product data card.
- Main product description.
- Title and short bullet points.
- Variants (colors, sizes).
- Find missing information before writing.
- Claim audit of an existing description.
- Tone edit with facts locked.
How to use it
- Download the file and open it in any text editor.
- Start with prompt 1 if your data is scattered, or prompt 2 if you already have a data card.
- Replace each [placeholder] with confirmed data for one product. Never fill a field with a guess.
- Paste the prompt into the chat and read the questions it raises before accepting a draft.
- Match the output to your data card, then to the product itself.
- Use prompt 6 to audit any text before publishing, even text you wrote yourself.
Rules built into every prompt
- Use only the data provided.
- Ask when something is missing or contradictory.
- Do not invent specs, certifications, warranties or promised results.
- Copy numbers and units as given.
- Output is a draft for review.
Limits
- The templates do not guarantee language quality or more sales.
- Do not paste customer data or confidential information, and read the tool’s data policy on its official site.
- For regulated products (food, medicine, cosmetics), have the wording reviewed by a qualified person.
- Requirements of your sales channel (fields, limits, allowed wording) come from its current official policy. Do not assume them.
What to verify yourself before relying on this
- Does every statement in the description trace back to the data card?
- Did you check your sales channel’s current policy?
- Did the product owner approve the text?
